This alteration will install fuel tanks in the wings and modify the fuel system for this alteration
|
||||||||
| Step 01: Make 4 Tank
Ends and 4 Baffles, 2 left and 2 right of each. Note: The pre-bent aluminum on the break helps make a nice soft radius on all the bends. 06/24/15 |

| Step 02: Make two
tanks, temporally cleco the ends and a Baffle then test fit in the wing.

| Step 03A: Remove and
drill and cleco the tank ends, baffles and
tank top as shown photos 03A and 03B. 11/01/15 |

| Step 04: Tape, scuff,
clean and seal all joints with Flame master tank sealant. Add home made check valve to baffle as shown. Install Main Drain Flange. 02/07/16 |

| Step 05: Temporally
install the tank back in the wing with out the cover to see if there is
a problem when installing the tank when finished. 02/21/16 |
