| Step 01: Layout then
mill the 90° sides to. 05/23/21 |

| Step 02: Layout the
retaining clip as shown. 05/23/21 |

| Step 03: Mill to the
layout lines. 5/23/21 |

| Step 04: Mill then file
to the layout lines 05/23/21 |

| Step 05: Layout the releaf for the vent knob. |

| Step 06: Mill to the
center of the lay out lines. 05/23/21 |

| Step 07: Turn over,
layout and mill about 1/8" away from the layout line as shown. 05/29/21 |

Step 08: Use a boring bar with a radius cutter, tuned inward in my boring head
to cut the radius on the retainer clip. 05/29/21 |
