Step 01: Cleco together
the A-1203 Spar, A-1204-L & -R outboard Nose Ribs, A-909 Aileron
Counterbalance, and A-121C-L Outboard Nose Skin as shown in Figure 1.
Match-Drill #30 the most outboard hole and the most inboard hole of the
A-1201C-L Outboard Nose Skin into the A-909 Flaperon Counterbalance. See
match-drill callouts in Figure 1.

Note: Right and left Flaperon will be assembled at the same time. |

Step 02: Disassemble
all the parts , deburr the holes then rivet the Nose ribs to the
counterbalance as shown in Figure 2

Step 03: Cleco the
parts back together then Match-Drill #30 all holes called out in Figure
3.
Then disassemble all parts and counter sink and dimple the
appropriate holes then deburr all the parts.
