Step 01: Cleco the
A-1202B outboard Flaperon Skin and A-1202A-L inboard Flaperon Skin to
the A-1205 Main Ribs and A-1203 Spar. Check that the skins fit properly
as shown in Figure 1.

Step 02: Cleco the Nose
Skins as shown in figure 1. Match drill then remove then deburr, dimple
and countersink holes as required by Alteration 1.

Step 03: Cleco then
rivet the skins on as shown in Figure 1.
Insert a rod end bearing
into each pivot bracket as shown in Figure 2.

Repeat for the left Flaperon. |
