Left Wing only will be shown and the parts used. |
The
instructions in the wing kit will be modified and not be the same as
Van's Instructions.
The building
of the wings will be modified to have flush rivets, fuel tanks and
heated pitot tube with angle of attach.

Builder Note: this
section steps are modified to allow for the fuel tank installation.
Step 01: Flute, dimple and
straighten 13 of the W-1208-R Nose Rib.
Mark the 13 ribs as L01, L02,
L03, L04, L05, L06, L07, L08, L09, L10, L11, L12 and L14
Nose Ribs.

Step 02: Take Ribs L01,
L02, L03, L04, L05, Nose Ribs. and trim the aft flange as shown in Figure 1.
Builder Note: Nose Ribs L06 and L07 are not trimmed.

and dimple then install two nutplates for the stall warning switch as
shown in Figure 5. |
