Make a plug to fit the opening in the Jabiru Engine Cowel
and wrap it with Saran Wrap 03/27/18 |

| 05: Cut the
Jabiru Ram Air Duct to allow the Plug to fit in Square and Level Scuff with a 80 grit 1 1/2" drum sander about 3/4" back from the cut to help the bonding of the fiberglass. 03/25/18 |

| 06:
Install the plug in the Jabiru Cowel and the Ram Air Duct. Tape and add a screw to keep the plug in place. 03/25/18 |

| 07:
Tape one layer of fiberglass cloth to blend the Ram Air Duct to the Plug
as shown. 03/25/18 |

| 08: Wet the
cloth and add two layers of cloth as shown. 03/25/18 |

Remove and cleanup with a 1 1/2 " drum sander and reinstall and
add two screws to keep the plug in proper location. 03/27/18 |

10: Remove and cut back to help make a better transition to the plug. Scuff with a 80 grit 1 1/2" drum sander about 3/4" back from the cut to help the bonding of the fiberglass. 03/27/18 |

Tape one layer of fiberglass cloth to blend the Ram Air Duct to the Plug

Wet the cloth and add two layers of cloth as shown. Remove Plug and cleanup with a 1 1/2 " drum sander 03/27/18 |
