Step 01:
Separate the F-1263 Flaperon Mixer Bellcrank into individual parts by
removing the shaded areas shown in Figure 1.

Step 02: Rivet the
VA-146 Flange Bearings to the F-1263A & B Flaperon Mixer Bellcranks
using the rivets called out in Figure 2.

Step 03: Make the Flap
Handel / Pushrod Assembly Using the parts and hardware shown in Figure
3. Thread the rod-end bearings to attain the dimension given in the
figure ( note that the dimension is from the centerline of the rod-end
bearing to the edge of the WD-1213 Flap Handel ) .
